Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times We work with trusted international suppliers to bring you quality products at great prices. Estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 10–20 business days (via USPS, ePacket, or equivalent carrier)
• International: 15–30 business days (via standard international carriers)

Delays may occur during peak seasons (holidays, sales events) or due to customs processing.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
